Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. IllustraAI reserves the right to change pricing at any time but will provide notice of such changes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, IllustraAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal use.
You retain rights to the illustrations generated from your User Content (as defined below). However, you grant IllustraAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your illustrations for the purposes of providing the Service.
The Service is owned and operated by IllustraAI. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including text, graphics, interfaces, and software, are the property of IllustraAI or its licensors. You are granted the right to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for any content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service. By posting content, you affirm that you own the rights to it or have the necessary rights to share it with IllustraAI.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ILLUSTRAAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ILLUSTRAAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ILLUSTRAAI’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved primarily through good-faith negotiations. If these negotiations do not resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
IllustraAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold IllustraAI harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
